Include the app version, Android version, device model, whether the app came from Google Play, challenge number, and the exact action before the problem. Never send passwords, payment-card details, or advertising identifiers.

Recovery steps

1. Return to the pause surface and choose Resume.
2. Use Reset Ball if the current lie is unplayable; the score is preserved unless a new round starts.
3. Check connectivity only when requesting an optional rewarded ad or opening privacy choices. Gameplay and local progress work offline.
4. Restart the app. Local best scores use atomic save and last-known-good recovery.

Version 1.2.1 has no app account, cloud save or online leaderboard. Holes 1-3 are free; the full game is a yearly Google Play subscription (US$9.99 a year, with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers), and the one-time unlock bought in version 1.2.0 stays valid for life. To cancel, open Google Play > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions, or Settings > Manage subscription in the game. Subscribed or bought it before?
