Terms of use

Aetherline Golf is a skill-based entertainment game published by Binary Data Technology.

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country. Do not automate play, exploit defects, interfere with the app or its providers, or use the game unlawfully.

Version 1.2.1 stores progress locally and has no account or online competitive service. Tournaments are played against computer-controlled, fictional rival golfers on your device. Optional rewarded ads and related privacy choices may be unavailable when the device is offline or an advertising provider cannot serve them.

Full game subscription

Holes 1-3 are free. From version 1.2.1, holes 4 and up and tournaments are unlocked with a yearly auto-renewing subscription sold and billed by Google Play (US$9.99 per year in the United States; the price in your currency, including any taxes, is shown by Google Play before you confirm). The subscription renews automatically every year at the price you agreed to unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time in the Google Play Store (Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions) or from Settings > Manage subscription in the game. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the year you have paid for. If the price ever changes, Google Play tells you in advance and, where required, asks for your agreement. Subscriptions are tied to your Google account and can be restored on any Android device signed in to that account. Refunds are handled by Google Play under its refund policies and applicable law. When a subscription ends or is refunded, holes 4 and up and tournaments lock again. Your progress is kept.

Free trial

New subscribers may be offered a 7-day free trial by Google Play. Starting it needs a payment method on your Google account. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription starts and Google Play charges the yearly price; if you cancel during the trial, you are not charged. Google Play decides who is eligible, normally once per Google account. Players who started the earlier in-game 7-day trial (version 1.2.0) keep it until it ends.

One-time unlock (version 1.2.0)

Version 1.2.0 sold a one-time full-game unlock through Google Play instead of a subscription. If you bought it, it stays valid for as long as the game is available and never needs a subscription; Restore Purchase finds it on any device signed in to the same Google account. It is no longer sold. If it is refunded or reversed, the unlocked content is removed. Your progress is kept.

Minors

If you are under 18 (or the age of majority where you live), ask a parent or guardian before starting a free trial or subscribing.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded, including any right to withdraw from, or get a refund for, digital content where applicable law provides it; such requests are handled through Google Play.

Some content, including the commentator's voice lines, tree bark and leaf textures, and the golfer and spectator character models, was created with generative AI tools and edited by Binary Data Technology. The commentator and characters are fictional; any resemblance to real persons is unintended. The game does not generate AI content on your device or use your voice, image or data.

The game includes third-party software and fonts under their own licences (including Godot Engine, MIT; Inter, SIL Open Font License 1.1; the Google Mobile Ads SDK). They are listed in the in-game Settings > About & Legal screen, and those licences govern those components.

The game is provided as available; nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

The game, name, code, art, and original assets belong to Binary Data Technology or their respective licensors. Third-party marks belong to their owners and do not sponsor this game.
